Stephen Odzer Accepts an Award on Behalf of His Late Father

Steven Odzer is a popular name in the distribution industry. With over 30 years experience in the industry, he has been able to build a fortune for himself. Gone are the days when Steven Odzer operated his first business (at the age of 18) from his parent’s basement selling paper cups, napkins and plates door to door.  In a span of 30 years, he has achieved success on his own leading his many companies such as, Paper Pro Inc and YBT Industries of Henderson, NV.

StephenOdzer credits most of his success to his late father, Yehoshua Ben Tzvi Hakohain Seymour Odzer who taught him the value of hard work.  On December 15, 2019, Seymour Odzer was presented with a lifetime achievement of his spectacular work in the Jewish Community. This was at the Ahavas Torah Center’s celebration of 8 years of Torah and Community Growth Gala.  Although his family would have wished Seymour Odzer to accept the award in person, Steven Odzer was honored to accept on behalf of his late father.

The Ahavas Torah Center’s Jewish Learning and Community Outreach has for the last couple of years offered a lot to the community. Despite spending most of his time in Henderson, NV with his new business venture, StevenOdzer yearns to continue the great work of the Ahavas Torah Center in Nevada. What is even more fascinating is that other people are also given the chance to make contributions to the community.  All contributions are tax free while at the same time offering the opportunity to place an ad in the Ahavas Torah Center’s journal.

When he is not busy working, Stephen Odzer supports both Jewish and Non-Jewish causes, together with the AHRC and Bris Avrohom, a non-profit that helps Jewish immigrants from Russia integrate into life in the United States.  Furthermore, he enjoys spending time with his seven children and eight grandchildren who always keep him going. If he is not chasing his grandchildren, Stephen cheers on the Las Vegas Golden Knights or the New York Yankees.
